Indian Cuisines

India has food restrictions with the majority of its population being Hindu. While there are a few meat cuisines, most of the cuisines are vegetarian, lacto-vegetarian, ovo-vegetarian, or lacto-ovo-vegetarian. These vegetarian dishes are ideal in a modern world where most people are seeking for healthy meals. The diversity of the vegetarian meals make Indian cuisines delectable at all times. Spices, herbs, vegetables, and fruits are highly available in India. They also produce pearl millet, whole-wheat flour, rice, and a variety of lentils.

Middle-Eastern Cuisines


The Middle-Eastern cuisines have minimal restrictions besides pork. With Islam and Judaism being the dominant religions, the residents are not allowed to eat pork. In their cuisines, therefore, pork does not appear. Lamb and mutton are, however, delicacies in the Middle-East. Most dishes will have either of these meats to make it delectable.
Most dishes will contain vegetables, flavorings, meat, and grains. For instance, a common dish will have stewed meat and vegetables served with rice or bread. Besides food, the Middle-Eastern cuisine is made complete by boiling finely ground coffee.

Latin America Cuisines

Latin America has the most diverse cuisine. It encompasses typical foods, beverages, and cooking methods throughout Latin American countries and cultures. There are so many countries in this range including countries in South America, and many more in North America. As such, the range of dishes that make Latin cuisine is wide. There are no food restrictions in Latin America, although some Christians and Muslims living in these countries do not eat pork.
With Latin cuisines, everything goes. Some of the most common cuisines include maize-based dishes, tacos, tamales, salsas, tortillas, pupusas, guacamole, chimichurri, pico de gallo, and aji among others. Spices are common in Latin America. Each country tends to use a distinct spice to bring out a distinct flavor in their meals.
The beverages in Latin America are as diverse and distinct as their dishes. Some of the beverages have been served since the days of Native Americans and they are still delicacies today. They include hibiscus tea, chichi, coffee, mate, atole, horchata, cacao, and Aguas Frescas.
When the cuisines in these three regions come together, they influence modern dishes. Any modern dish you order today will have a touch of any of the cuisines above.
